Do I need to be using TaxJar sales tax calculations within PayPal to use TaxJar Reports & AutoFile?

You do not have to be using PayPal as your sales tax calculations provider within PayPal, although we highly recommend that you do for accuracy purposes. TaxJar Reports and AutoFile capabilities are availabe to all PayPal customers, regardless of your sales tax calculations provider.

How fast does TaxJar download my transactions from PayPal?

Depending on your volume, when we do an initial import of your PayPal transactions for your free trial (data for the last 60 days), the process may take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour for an average account.

I have multiple online stores for my business, can TaxJar support me?

No problem. We can connect to multiple stores as well as to Amazon, PayPal, Shopify and other shopping carts. If you use a cart we don't integrate with, you can easily upload a .csv file of your transactions.
